This role involves managing and guiding the team members, to inspire enthusiasm and stimulate their interests. This role also involves selling Expense Management Solutions to corporates which would encompass the entire range of commercial cards and also build strong linkages with internal and external clients for business development and strategic tie-upsEssential ResponsibilitiesProvide team leadership and coachingCreate an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives by mentoringMotivate and inspire team members.Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words and maintain IntegrityEnsure Long-Term Organizational SuccessShould demonstrate strong work ethicQualifications/RequirementsMastersDesired Characteristics5+ years of relevant work experience in Corporate Sales/Business Development role, with minimum 1 year of leadership experienceCandidates should also possess good analytical skills.Should be able to read & interpret financial statementsShould know how to share leadership through delegationFacilitator should be able to help team members' understand their goals. Should also help organize an action plan to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives more efficiently.Should be able to negotiate effectively streamline the decision-making process, as well as solve problems for the best interest of everyone involvedShould be able to establish excellent relationship with key stake holders & should be service orientedEffective verbal and written communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
