Job Details

Extensive interaction with clients such as Banks, Insurance Companies, Loan Companies and Mutual Fund Companies.Manage client relationship by proactive meetings, process reviews, escalation and exception handling.Share updates on products and services with clients.Prepare minutes of the meetings and publish to concerned teams.Ensure closure of points/concerns raised by clients.Share lead received from clients on new product requirement with concerned departments.Conduct GAP analysis and dip checks of parameters that impact performance and ensure deliverance within the defined scope/TAT/SLAs.Take daily review of client servicing associates and resolve their queries/concerns.Prepare power point presentations and MIS reports for facilitating client meets and reviews held by the Senior Management.Ensure zero exits of clients due to services issues.Manage and lead Back-Office operations for recurring payments.Candidate must have (mandatory skills required in a candidate)Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)MS Office & OutlookShould have managed team/s.Strong organizational skills in planning and managing dataAbility to interact and work effectively with all levels of staff and customers
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
