Resource will work closely with HUL brand teams and digital design agencies and ensure that the all our digital assets (like banners, images etc.) are customised for ecommerce1. Work as a Single Point of Contact and manage design agencies to churn out digital banners that we take on e-commerce websites. 2. Engage closely with brand teams and with e-commerce Account management team and keep on improving our digital assets (banners/on-page content).3. Partner with e-commerce retailers for content based collaboration (DIY videos, How To Guides). 4. Plan thematic campaigns for e-commerce platforms, on the back of our business performance and HUL brand/category s growth AgendaRequired Professional skills EducationWork experience Industry PreferenceSkills 1. User Experience and Sense of Aesthetics CE will handhold both HUL brands and design agencies for creation of different digital assets (like banners etc).2. Analytical and Data Driven CE needs to be analytical, understand the business performance and identify opportunities for growth 3. Persuasiveness This role involves managing a large set of stakeholders. The resource should be able to hold self and larger team accountable.4. Time Management Ability to prioritise and deliver on committed timelines 5. Digital Marketing The resource needs to plan interventions along the Consumer Path to Purchase, a good appreciation of Digital Marketing/Inbound marketing is a must
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
