Advertising, Marketing & Events1. Knowing and understanding of the zone, the category and competition with respect to the decor and lifestyle business.2. To gain sound knowledge and understanding of the existing clients business and focus on their needs and requirements. Inspite of an agency existing, focus needs to be on the client.3. Analyzing client spends and offering customized advertising solutions across budgets4. Achieving targets and upselling5. Aggressive sourcing and follow up with new leads and implementing conversion.6. Managing and updating client database, business MIS and weekly sales reports7. Maintain a good rapport with existing clients.8. Monitoring collections and controlling outstanding9. Monitoring clients spends and activities with competition.10. Additional responsibilities for coordinating on special supplements with other zones, sub pages, market update, events, sub drives etc.11. Achieving targets on India Design ID and monitoring collections12. Assisting marketing team in client related events and promotions.13. Print knowledge is not a criteria. - Digital sales is a must. Events experience and sales in events is a bonus.Communication1. Needs to possess excellent communication skill. Both written and oratory.2. Should have courteous and pleasant communication skills.3. Must be smart, confident and present the brand and company image effectivelyAdministrative1. A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint2. To maintain a healthy inter departmental relationship3. Must maintain the essential hygiene rules4. Should adhere to office timings
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
