Main people management responsibilities* Manage a team of experienced Order billing analysts /End to End processanalysts.* Manage Employee Goal Setting - Goals discussion with every employee to ensure alignment and buy-in* Evaluate employees' job performance and decide on performance rating. Conduct formal mid-year and year end Performance Evaluations. Regularly provide feedback and coaching* Perform salary and bonus administration based on rating, pay band and guidelines* Engage with every employee via regular 1-1s (minimum quarterly) to address and manager-to-employee matter such as engagement, work life balance, total rewards and performance level* Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes* Have regular and formal career conversations with every employees* Make hiring decisions for open requisitions including salary offering within established guidelines* Make sure that there are enough resources to cover the workload and resolves escalations on resource allocations* Train and instruct team members in job duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided* Maintain low regrettable external attrition* Provide mentoring and guidance to all employees* Create and maintain a Business Continuity Plan that includes proper responsibilities back-up and documentation.Main financial management responsibilities (individually/ through the Team )* Possess subject matter expertise to be able to review /guide/approve process and financial analytical requirements * Manage productivity analysis and metrics reporting.* Manage financial impacts within the accounts. Provide decision support.* Provides financial analysis and support for a complex environment, exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.* Providing support to the the Account Team by directly leading the invoicing process & financial management of the assigned contracts.* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engaging in the design. Leading business initiatives across multiple regions/towers/accounts.* Exe cute ad-hoc financial analysis to support accounts and corporate/regional initiatives.* Lead /participate in central initiatives of the ES Finance team* Ensure that all revenue and cost is recognized in line with the policies per the Accounting and Finance Manual and US GAAP.* Perform detailed ad hoc analysis when required to support account business needs as well as corporate controllership.* Support in Revenue Recognition and commercial discussions* Maintain strong business controls based on audit standards; actively review, analyze, and manage the key controls within the domain of responsibility to ensure compliance with legal and accounting requirements (e.g., Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Standards of Business Conduct (SBC), Accounting Financial Manual (AFM)* Support monthly Business Operations Review packages for APJ and other ad hoc support for APJ reviews
