Identify, manage and secure existing and new students prospectsResponsible for business development with existing and potential candidates to promote/ create awareness of products and services.Executive sales and business development strategies to exceed revenue targetsNeed to follow up with new leads and convert them as enrollments for courses offeredNeed to conduct IT Career sharing sessions to bring in more prospects & market our programsGENERAL-Provide career consulting service to prospectsParticipate in weekly meetings & Brain storming sessions to come up with the new IdeasNeed to plan for outreach activities to generate more leadsBuild good rapport with existing customers to generate more referral leadsManage and ensure that processes and documentation are in line with Institute rules & regulationsProvide regular reports and updates to managementKRA sHandle Walk-in/Telephonic/mail enquiriesEnsure enquiry conversions in enrolments.The IndividualDiploma or Professional Degree from a reputed institution2+ years of work experience in Education industryDemonstrated track record of the achievement of targets.Ability to sell at multiple levels.Excellent relationship building capability.Excellent negotiation skills.Ability to work autonomously.
