Charterhouse is working with a leading financial services organisation who is looking to hire an Employee Relations Specialist (Arabic / English speaking) to join their large and well established HR Team. Your main responsibilities will be to manage disciplinaries and grievances as well as a large team of operational ER staff. You will process contracts, roll out new processes and procedures, administer the employee pension scheme and analyse reports whilst presenting trends to senior management. In addition, you will also be tasked with monitoring absence and attendance whilst being responsible for the management of the end of service process, benefits enrollment and employee records. The successful candidate should be Degree educated and hold at least 10 years relevant HR experience, specialising most recently within Employee Relations. It is imperative that candidates come from multinational companies and are also fluent in Arabic. Please do not apply for this position unless you have HR experience within the UAE.
