The Role & Responsibility Leverage our career sites on social channels to foster engagement and communication with key target groupsKeep a finger on the pulse; identify opportunities, issues, trends, and features in the social media spaceWork hand-in-hand with global and regional recruitment teams, corporate communication and other internal stakeholders to localize and optimize contentOptimize social media channels to increase follower base, community engagement, and traffic to our social media career sites.Manage day-to-day publishing, uploading, and monitoring on global social media channelsCreate editorial plan with compelling and effective content - identify internal content from intranet and external sources useful for our social media career sites.Write articles and posts for social media platforms based on input from stakeholders, - supporting regional and global recruitment branding initiatives.Support internal campaigns that drive Employer Brand Ambassadorship from EmployeesPrimary role is to manage social media Employer Branding initiatives supporting Danfoss in building a candidate pipeline of qualified candidatesThe Experience We Would LikeBachelor's degree in marketing, HR or related fields or equivalent work experience relevant to the role2-3 years proven experience working in the field of social media/social recruiting/PR/Marketing, preferably related to the recruiting or employer brandingExtensive experience and proven success with global content management and key target group engagement on social media platforms.Adept at monitoring and strategically interpreting social media strategies and campaignsIn-depth understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+, Youtube and how they can be utilized for Employer Branding activitiesExcellent command of both written and spoken EnglishCreative Thinker and accomplished wordsmithExperience in working in a global roleWhat We Will Look ForYou have strong communication skills both written and verbalYou are eager to tackle new challenges with a can-do attitude and to meet deadlinesYou are ready to go beyond the responsibilities identifiedYou have a strong desire to build our Employer Brand, to improve candidate experience and to deliver measurable results
