Reporting of the roleThis role reports to the Director of Client Engagement3 best things about the jobWorking for the worlds largest programmatic Media & Technology PlatformDeveloping long term relationships with all designated media buying agencies & clients directlyWorking within a proven, fast growing team in a fun environment with people who are passionate about digital media, programmatic and adtechMeasures of success In three monthsBeen familiar with work flow and GroupM business structureIn six monthsBeen able to oversee day-to-day management of campaigns; Forecast expected revenue against budgetIn 12 monthsBecome an expert with Xaxis business development & client serviceResponsibilities of the roleDevelop business opportunities, maintain pipeline of prospects and close the dealsDevelop and execute against agency & client business plansEvangelize Xaxis solutions and values and act as an audience planning expertSupervise the sales administration process to ensure adherence to best practice and see that all service levels are exceededEnsure your client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new productsStay abreast of industry trends and competitor products for competitor comparison or analysisDevelop and implement 12 month Business Plans for designated AgenciesWhat you will needBachelor degree majoring in marketing or media preferredProven successful engagement, business development, sales, and planning skillsExperience in understanding a commercial business5+ years of experience in Customer service, sales or account management areasProven commercial experience in online advertising sales related industryHigh customer focusAbility to develop strong, lasting client relationshipsExcellent sales & negotiation skillsResults/ goal orientedHighly-developed interpersonal skillsAbility to gain excellent product, competitor & market knowledgeGood communication skills verbal and writtenPower Point, Excel, Word & Outlook skills mandatoryExcellent planning and self-organization disciplineFluent in both English and Any local LanguageAttitude Pursues work with energy, drive and a strong accomplishment orientationAttention to detail Ensures that all tasks are completed with 100% accuracyPassionate about digital media and the Xaxis position within the digital media spaceStrong initiative, resourcefulness & willingness to learn and be taught.
