Key SkillsAbility to understand the customers application and requirements and capture it correctly.Strong conceptual thinking ability.Ability to understand the products and prepare content for ads, mailers, sales collaterals, etc.Hands on experience of preparing high end PowerPoint presentations, reports etc.Excellent written& verbal English communication & presentation skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Roles & ResponsibilitiesConcept selling of the products to prospective customers and creating leads and maturing these into enquiries.Business analysis including trend analysis.Development of sales tools for comfort cooling solutions - preparing product brochures, application notes and marketing collaterals.Preparing a marketing plan and budget.Interaction with marketing agencies, press, etc. for media ads and publications.Organizing exhibitions, seminars, customer meets, etc.Understand the market, and keep updated on competition activities, competing products, market cap, analyze competition data, etc. and support business head and sales to change strategy when required.Keeping the website updated keeping customer data base including prospects and leads updated. PreferredFamiliarity with typical plants and processes in the said areas including utilities and process areas.Familiarity with key pain/gain areas in these verticals and ability to conceive solution around these pain/gain areas.Other SkillsAbout 4 6 years of industrial marketing experience in professionally managed organizations in the field of plant automation and/or O.E.M.s of engineering equipment like process/utility equipment.Hands on experience in marketing to customer base including one or more of the following verticals viz. power, renewable energy, sugar, auto ancillaries and pharma.Experience in concept selling. Personal TraitsA result oriented player.A self-starter with ability to function independently.A creative person with out of the box thinking.Honest individual with high integrity; an positive attitude.A passion for making things to happen; multi-tasking ability.Willing to travel at short notice.An honest individual with high integrity and committed to the profession.Resilient.
