Job Details

1. First point contact for all customer complaints.2. To manage the resolution of customer complaints within the given time frame.3. Responsible for investigation, resolution and reporting of all customer related complaints.4. Maintaining the record of customer complaints and communications.5. Analysis of customer complaint data.6. Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. 7. Coordinate with other departments for the effective resolution of customer complaints.Educational qualification, Experience and Soft skill requirements1. Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.2. Preferably with 3-5 years in Quality Assurance Department, with experience in customer complaint handling.3. Knowledge of cutting tools.4. Good Knowledge of standard measuring tools/equipment i.e. Zoller, Helicheck, CMM, Height gages etc.5. Calibration of standard measuring tools6. Experience PC, Word, Excel, and Outlook and or a background in MetrologyDesired Skills and Experience1. Organized with good analytical capability.2. Must be able to prioritize tasks independently
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-8
