Responsible for program delivery for HTS India NPI programs that are assigned by working closely with engineering, marketing and business leaders both at HTS and global locations.Owns overall responsibility from a total solution perspective for all programs in the business domain & oversees on-time delivery with highest levels of quality, predictability, productivity, thoroughness & robustness Drives VPD by working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Customer support, Legal, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Vendors, Customers, Project Implementation teams across multiple global locationsBuilds and maintains relationship with SBU partners, end customers and executive leadership to enable effective program execution meeting customer commitments. Deploy (and support deployment) of standard global PMO practices and policies to facilitate/improve PM excellenceDrive consistent PM practices in the LOB at all levels (EM, PM, PL etc) Lead atleast two global programsLead atleast two key PMO initiativesSupport establishment and implementation of standard workflow processes in support of ISO and CMMI as necessaryFully Own or jointly contribute to Global NPI/Sustenance Revenues impacting ACS Top line from the SBU, delivering the revenue targets through Direct NPI, Product Sustenance and Product Enablement during STRAP period. Reinforce performance standards and drive ways and means to drive flawless program launch meeting Phase Gate and cycle time targets for all programs in the LOB globally.Understand NPI process in-detail and drive all NPI programs as per NPI ProcessFully conversant with extensive experience in running programs using Agile methodolgyQualificationsBE/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech with 15-20 Yrs of Experience Min. 8 years of program management experience.Experienced program manager with proven human resource management skills. Ability to work with global teams and manage global human resources.Proven track record of managing complex programs successfully which have major business impact. Keen and aware of the business and takes action with alacrityExcellent focus on execution, should ensure responsiveness to customers, team and management Must be a good communicator of vision, ideas and work requirementsExcellent problem solving, Influencing, Negotiation skills and good interpersonal relationship skills Strong working knowledge of NPI Development ProcessGood knowledge of VPD framework, Agile methodology and lean principles Ability to effectively lead, manage and energize cross-functional teams across multiple sites.Ability to quickly assess unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations and reduce into distinct, clear, timey, and stable direction for the development team. Skillful in handling tough situations with both internal and external groups; settle differences with minimum noise; win concessions without damaging relationships; be both direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties; has a good sense of timing.Understanding of marketing function and value management, Value elements customers will pay for value equations; target value props to customer segments.
