ResponsibilitiesYou will; * Be responsible for managing the Quality Assurance governance model effort for multiple projects or releases across Mainframe, Large Midrange and Manage File Transfer Services * Participate actively in project planning phases to contribute towards design of the Quality Assurance model, defining Key Performance Indicators, reporting and estimating resourcing required * Identify areas of testing for improved process efficiencies, test automation scopes and facilitate implementation of automated test scripts * Develop, design and implement testing processes and approaches according to JPMC standards * Collaborate with business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance and assist to ensure overall integrity for the testing strategy * Design, develop or modify processes for defect management and issue resolution * Reconcile and document test results clearly and concisely * Identify and implement continuous service improvement opportunities * Facilitate communication and follow ups, chair meetings and publish key reports for management review * Provide support for Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Sustained Resiliency testing * Provide support for Change, Incident and Problem Management processes * Provide support for Integration and Performance testing and Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) substantiationKey skills and competencies * Capable/Influencer/ * Strength in/managing stakeholder relationships/, developing, building and maintaining effective relationships * Excellent/communicator,/ability to deliver information to different audiences clearly and concisely * Ability to work independently -s elf-starterand motivated * Ability to/collaborate/in a global matrix managed organization * /Confident and capable of challenging/functional managers around service and drive resolution of issues * Robustanalytical and organizational skills * Strong desire tolearn new skills and develop personal capability Experience (essential)Minimum 3 years infrastructure development or support experience preferably in either Mainframe, iSeries, NonStop or File Transfer technologiesDemonstrable experience in Quality Assurance testingCompetent with SharePoint and the MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and VisioExperience (desirable)Experience of continuous service improvementUnderstanding of Service Management practices including Business Resiliency, Change Management and Incident ManagementKnowledge of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) frameworkExperience in SharePoint developmentExperience of working in the Financial Services industryKnowledge of JPMC IT support models, processes and practices Qualifications and educationComputer Science degree or equivalent industry experienceITIL v3 (desirable)Any of the following Quality Management methodologies CMMI, Six Sigma, TQM (desirable)
Degree: MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)
