Define project scope, document requirements as per the client needs and expectations. Get the requirements Sign-Off from the client before starting the implementation.Manage the project plan and implementation, including all phases, activities, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies.Successfully resolve client queries; Research and troubleshoot issues; and present workable solutions to clients to meet their requirements.Document new requirements given by clients, identify impact to other project implementations and closely work with the Product Management teams to identify options and recommendations.Provide training to client resources on product functionality, Admin configuration and setups and workflows.Interface with key stakeholders in the client organization and the product champion to address their queries, provide the right information, and represent Wolters Kluwer in a positive manner utilizing exceptional customer service skills.Establish credibility and build effective relationships with client contacts.Handle multiple implementations, manage competing priorities, and meet scheduled completion dates. Keep up to date with new feature enhancements in the product and timely communicate to all client contacts about the product upgrades.Stay current on the product features, new releases and industry trendsExpected to travel extensively to client locations within the city and in a few cases outside the city to complete implementationsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSSuccessful implementation experience of enterprise software products/applications like ERP, CRM, Sales Force, HRMS, Payroll etc.Relevant experience of 3 - 5 yearsHighly proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Ability to manage projects and tasks using planning, organization, and administration skills; ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients and to set priorities appropriately.Should have excellent communication and inter-personnel skills and have the ability to engage with multiple customer stake holdersHighly motivated, displaying initiative and flexibility; self-starter who can work independently and does not wait for directionsHigh result orientation with single minded focus to complete implementations and achieve highest level of customer satisfactionFlexibility in work hours that could be driven by customer expectations
