The purpose should describe how the job supports Company.To develop/establish appropriate compliance programs, policies and/or procedures to support vendors on all compliance related issues with due regard to applicable legal and regulatoryrequirements and code of conduct This role will be responsible for delivering Clients Ethical Trade policy and proceduresand to promote ethical practices within the business, and work in collaboration with our overseas corporate office to deliver the global CSR strategy. The successfulcandidate will be influential and able to build strong relationships across the company ssupply chain, customers, internal stakeholders and external associations such as auditing companies and also be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve results.Knowledge, Experience and Education What is the minimum level of knowledge (e.g., theories,principle, concepts, etc.) and skills that are necessary to competently perform the job (include formal education or equIalent, type and years of prior work experience, and otherqualifications)? Minimum Education Level College degree Advance degree preferred Minimum Experience 7 10 years or above relevant experience in possess Ethical andSocial Compliance auditing for pharma manufacturing facilities. Have thorough knowledge of International labor standards and human rights issues.Previous experience of working in an ethical trade role, having implemented a Code of Conduct desirable.Hands on audit experience of managing ethical compliance across a global supply chain and social systems auditor accreditation and auditing experience of minimum 2-3 years isrequired. Excellent communication skills are essential to engage with colleagues at all levels for thebusiness Excellent presentation skills are essentialAn ability to build strong relationships and resolve differences Major DutiesStarting with the most important, list the 4 to 8 major duties/responsibilities of the job. Major Duties / ResponsibilitiesEducating on finer details and aspects of continuous improvement of companys Ethical Trading standardsReporting on the progress of compliance and nonconformance status.Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.Identify compliance issues that require follow up or investigationExecutes onthe ground factory monitoring programs, including auditing, training,remediation follow up.Effectively monitor applicable laws regarding labor and working conditions in keysourcing markets and analyze impacts of current and potential legislationProviding data to Ethical Compliance Manager for the Global Corporate Social Responsibility report.Health and Safety in compliance with safety policy and procedures, the job holder must ensure a health and safety culture is supported in the areas forwhich the job holder is responsible.Provide input to enhance or modify elements of corporate program, such as code of conducts, prequalification programs, audit protocols, assessmentprotocols, etc.Work closely with Quality auditor teams to provide recommendations about suppliers to project teams and supplier scorecardsOrganization Structure and FunctionsPlease attach organizational chart and indicate the number of reporting relationships (do not include temporary or contract employees).This position does not supervise. Functional competenciesFor each role, identify the expected level of behavior for proficiency Entry,Established, Advanced, and Master.
