Job PurposeBriefly state the job s primary purpose in two or three sentences. The purposeshould describe how the job supports Company. To develop/establish appropriate compliance programs, policies and/or procedures to supportvendors on all compliance related issues with due regard to applicable legal and regulatory requirements and code of conductThis role will be responsible for delivering Client sEthical Trade policy and procedures and to promote ethical practices within the business, and work in collaborationwith our overseas corporate office to deliver the global CSR strategy. The successful candidate will be influential and able to build strong relationships across the companys supply chain, customers, internal stakeholders and external associations such as auditingcompanies and also be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve results. Knowledge, Experience and EducationWhat is the minimum level of knowledge (e.g., theories, principle, concepts, etc.) and skills that are necessary to competently perform the job (includeformal education or equIalent, type and years of prior work experience, and other qualifications)? Minimum Education Level College degree Advance degree preferred Minimum Experience 7 10 years or above relevant experience in possess Ethical and Social Compliance auditing for pharma manufacturing facilities. Have thoroughknowledge of International labor standards and human rights issues. Previous experience of working in an ethical trade role, having implemented a Code ofConduct desirable. Hands on audit experience of managing ethical compliance across a global supply chainand social systems auditor accreditation and auditing experience of minimum 2-3 years is required.Excellent communication skills are essential to engage with colleagues at all levels for the businessExcellent presentation skills are essential An ability to build strong relationships and resolve differencesMajor Duties Starting with the most important, list the 4 to 8 major duties/responsibilities ofthe job. State the approximate percentage of time spent on each major duty in a gIen year.Major Duties / ResponsibilitiesEducating on finer details and aspects of continuous improvement of company sEthical Trading standardsReporting on the progress of compliance and non conformance status.Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.Identify compliance issues that require followup or investigationExecutes on theground factory monitoring programs, including auditing, training, remediation followup.Effectively monitor applicable laws regarding labor and working conditions in key sourcing markets and analyze impacts of current and potential legislationProviding data to Ethical Compliance Manager for the Global Corporate SocialResponsibility report.Health and Safety in compliance with safety policy and procedures, thejob holder must ensure a health and safety culture is supported in the areas for which the job holder is responsible.Provide input to enhance or modify elements of corporate program, such ascode of conducts, prequalification programs, audit protocols, assessment protocols, etc.Work closely with Quality auditor teams to provide recommendations aboutsuppliers to project teams and supplier scorecards
