Policies and Procedures- Ensure the Division has appropriate ethics and compliance related policies and procedures in place which are communicated to and easily accessible by GA employees.Training-Identify training opportunities and take an active role in training GA employees in ethics and compliance related policies and procedures. Ensure that training is documented and up to date at all times.Risk Assessments and Risk Mitigation-Take an active role in preparing and maintaining on-going and annual risk assessments for the Division. Manage due diligence requirements for new and existing third parties, complete applicable compliance checks, support risk mitigation measures, and liaise with relationship managers to obtain and file appropriate documentation.Internal Controls-Ensure that adequate internal controls are in place to prevent and detect instances of bribery and fraud.Recording and Reporting-Oversee accurate and complete records are kept, especially as they relate to risk assessments, due diligence, incidents, communications and training.Ethics and Compliance Reports-Support the compilation of quarterly and annual reports summarising key ethics and compliance metrics and issues.Communication- Partner with senior management to gain an understanding of Divisional ethics and compliance issues in order to ensure the Division meets the Program requirements in India. Offer timely, practical and effective advice to employees.Teamwork-Work effectively as part of the GA Division and across the wider OUP group.Cross-Divisional Coordination- GA and OUP s Asia Education Division work closely together in India and share offices. In India, GA is supported by the Asia Education Division s business support functions. Accordingly, clear, direct and effective communication and collaboration is critical in this cross-divisional setting. RequirementsEthics and compliance experience (professional qualification preferred)Good understanding of bribery and fraud risks and the types of processes/ controls for mitigating those risksExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management and staff, including executive leadershipExperience managing own workloadHighly organized and able to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and other cross-divisional colleaguesDiscrete and trustworthy as required to work with sensitive and confidential informationAbility to adapt to a diverse range of situations and surroundingsHigh personal integrity and excellent judgmentBroad knowledge of corporate processes, systems and organizational structures
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS

Experience: 6-8
