Identifying new sales leads and converting leads to clients.2. Pitching products and/or services 3. Developing quotes and proposals and participate in bidding process.4. Negotiating and re-negotiating by phone, email, and in person. 5. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.6. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. 7. You will handle the new operations for first 2 months, stabilize and then handover to the Customer Service teamKey Skills1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and pragmatic way
