_Admin Responsibilities_Assets & Database ManagementKeep a track of the assets in / out of warrantyAssets assigned to employees and remaining in the storeTake necessary approvals & place order for assets when shortage is identifiedDecommission of assets which are defective, faultyAddress issues raised by employees with their current assetsOn and off boardingEnd to end support for new joinersAllocation of desk & Assests set upCollection of assets in hand and RSA tokens for departing employeesRaise respective EURCs for on boarding and off boarding employeesDesking and Capacity ManagementTrack the desks available and occupiedSend a monthly report to central team in Mumbai with the latest seat map fileAudit checks that no assets are lying without being lockedHealth check to identify unused assets on the desksTravelHandling end to end travel of employeesTracking approvalsIssuance of ticket and hotel accommodationsTravel insuranceTravel moneyExpenses settlementGATEnsure the new hires are on boarded into the GAT toolUpdate comp offs, create profiles, assign admin group and address any other issues pertaining to GATWork with GAT central team for yearly activity of carry forward leavesEvents and TownhallPoint of contact for all CCB and CBB events and town hallsLiaise with Facilities, GS&I, mail room, GRE and Dining teams for all the necessary arrangements and approvalsParticipate in the meetings relatedTarget communication if requiredMI and reportsOn-call allowance data to collate, consolidate and send it to HR & Pay RollLiaison with Finance and vendors for invoice processingOther support activitiesOrder for stationery and other requirement for the team.Assist other leads, HR in booking meeting rooms, printing the certificates for all UOP related activities, and weekend working arrangementsSending out communication to CORP card holders to ensure that their cards are activeRegular reminders to ensure that Desk movement is always kept informedED Executive assistanceManage meetingsTravel arrangementsFiling expense reportsOBO for mails only as applicableMeeting roomsAccess to cross site locationsCo-ordination for meetings of visitors
