Job Description for Drafting Specialist (with legal background/knowledge)Your job duties include Drafting company s commercial proposals to ensure that companys interests are protected from legal stand point. Review and advice Business development team on clients tender specification ensuring legal compliance. Will work with Business Development Team for support Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy Prepare drafts and final documents for delivery to clients Schedule/coordinate draft reviews with client and sales rep Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications. Secondary duties involve supporting sales team in direct or indirect sales. Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.Job RequirementsRequirements You must have at least 5 years of experience in preparing proposals that involves legalities. Any experience in direct or indirect sales in Marine and Oil & Gas would be added advantage. Attention to detail and high accuracy with strong English and grammar skills Understanding of legalese and legal documents Administrative skills filing, organization, time management, computer literacy, good communication both written and verbal, work with a team Computer/Technology Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, Internet Proactive communicator Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.SkillsExcellent Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal CommunicationQualification Any graduation with Certification in English LanguageBachelors of Law (Any Law degree)
