Charterhouse is working with a large multinational financial services business that is expanding its Middle East market. Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant (Arabic speaking) to join their team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a high level Executive Assistant that enjoys working in a corporate, fast-paced environment. As EA to the CEO, you will be highly competent and have experience of supporting professionals at this level. Day-to-day duties will include complex diary management, arranging and coordinating all travel and visas, preparing all agendas and presentations for board meetings and processing all expenses. You will also assist with any personal matters such as family visas, school fees and any other ad hoc duties. In addition, you will be involved with HR projects and enjoy working in a varied environment that will offer continued development and career opportunities. The successful candidate should come from a well-known, multinational brand and have a minimum of 5 years experience working at CEO level.
