Job Details

Our client is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant. This is a contracting staffing role under Manpower for a contract period of 12 months (Renewable depending on company requirements andor individual performance). To perform general administrative and office support functions to the managing Director and General Manager of the Sales Organization in UAE. Duties shall include but will not be limited toComplex Calendar Management Scheduling and organizing meetings and events (internal or external), including all logistical requirements as necessaryCoordinate special events and programsCreation and upkeep of team documents including org charts, mailers, country briefs and customer briefing documents.Manage all travels and visa requests maintain contact with travel agency to ensure flawless organization and action of business trips.Accurate and timely submission of expense reportsSubmit and handle Purchase Requisitions as neededAct as first point of contact internally and externally for the GM, filtering and directing communications and enquires as appropriate.Special projects and all other ad hoc administrative functions as necessary.

Requirements

Knowledge, Experience, Skills3 years working experience in an administration role supporting senior level managers.Be capable of understanding and picking up quickly the use of Oracle tools as Cisco uses many for expensesholiday trackingtravel planningHR casesIT casesExperienced in working in a high paced, multi-cultural environment.Ensure a good understanding of Cisco Culture and Business Knowledge Excellent English communication skills both oral and writtenProficient in MS-Office application (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Outlook)Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments from multiple sourcesCan maintain required level of confidentiality in handling of business.
