Requisites- The incumbent must be a professional diploma holder in Secretarial Practice / Office Management with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in secretarial support to top management. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and should be able to handle correspondence independently. Knowledge of shorthand will be an added advantage Proficiency in working on MS Office etc.Job Description - Assistance to Managing Director in his day to responsibilities which primarily includes handling his business calendar management, travel schedule along with other routine secretarial assistance Assistance in obtaining information on the various activities of assigned area of responsibility and thus ensuring accurate data management and tabulation of MIS reports as and when required. Handling inter-department coordination to ensure correct flow of information / communication and acting as central point of communication channel. Also should be able to handle additional responsibilities which include managing logistics, travel arrangements, administration, and general HR operations
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
