BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES (Based on Experience)Qualification B.Sc., Diploma, BEExperience 3-8 Year (Based on Qualification)Industry Manufacturing, Trading, Importer and Exporter of Electrical ResistorsProducts application sectors OR Area Power Electronics Sector, Telecom, Consumer & Industrial Electronics, HT & LT Switch Gears, Auto Electronics, Low & High Voltage Power Supplies, Lighting Industry, etc.Area to be handled PAN INDIA (10-15 days in a month)Offerings to be managed Resistors & Resistive SolutionsReports to Head BD Job Profile in ShortManaging business with KEY ACCOUNTSAppointment of new Dealers and Distributors and managing existingNew Business Development / acquisition for Electronics & Electrical Grade Resistors (Pan India)Manage and convert leads into businessCRM activities, Product Solutions, Services Support if any to Key AccountsCollections of payments from clients, distributors, dealers, etc.Maintain and update regular basis all clients information in CRM SoftwarePrepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis reports and review as per industry standardsCANDIDATE PROFILE for this positionShould have experience from EITHER Electronics OR Electrical components sales & business developmentMust have handled minimum 3-4 states of India for business activitiesShould possess experience from any one of CAPACITORS, SEMI-CONDUCTORS, RESISTORs, etc.Has experience strong sales & BD as Individual OR must have handled team of 2-3 employeesPossess good communication skill
