Align management style, working practices and conduct with The Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru and Starwoods vision, corporate values, operating standards and policies. To comply with Starwood s code of conduct at all times.Personally build clear and open lines of communication with all departments Understand and abide by all Government laws relating to Food preparation.Involve the Director of Food and Beverage with menu engineering and portion control, ensuring the highest food standard is achieved whilst selling at the correct prices. Champion the Starwood Food Safety and Hygiene program for the hotel.Be actively involved in maintaining all relevant Starwood programs. Be critical and demanding of operating standards.Drive creativity and change with strategic menu engineering plans. Monitor and control all financial aspects of the business including the preparation of the annual business plan.Implement and monitor programs to maintain the condition of hotel assets in all kitchens. Be personally involved in the caring for community program.Assist with the development and execution of a structured marketing, advertising and promotion strategy plan that are aligned with the Four Points by Sheraton brand. Be well versed and knowledgeable of the hotels Fire Evacuation and all Emergency procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Ensure associates are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they maintain complete familiarity.Enforce Personal, Instinctive and Renewing guest service in all F&B areas. Be innovative with everything you do.Create an environment that trains, develops, coaches and mentor s associates.Dedicate time to your personal development. Where required develop policy, formulate direction and strategy.Undertake additional duties as requested by the Hotel Manager or Dir F&B. REQUIREMENTS Ability to lead, motivate and develop associates. Be well versed in the Associate Success Profile of surprise and delight, belong to team Four Points by Sheraton, evolve and grow, deliver and win and attract and retain great talent.2 Years experience in a similar position Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BHM (Hotel Management)
