Global stakeholder management Maintain a harmonious relationship with global stakeholders, effectively syndicating on relevant issues, influencing to arrive at the right decisions Controls Mindset Ensure operational practices are in compliance with relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environment. Responsible for Errors, Fines and Losses (EF&L), Business Continuity, SOX, RED Events, Breaches/Incidents and Quality Assurance Delivery of Strategic Programmes Support and manage the delivery of the Firm s strategic programmes in a high quality, cost effective, timely and sustainable manner with risks and issues identified, prioritised, escalated and managed in a timely and open fashion. This includes effective resource management (project / people / technology), and all budgetary and economic elements of delivery. Change Leadership Lead the change initiatives across the CRDO function in a seamless manner in close partnership with the global stakeholders. The successful individual will effect improvement across all aspects of delivery and Target Operating Model. Re-engineering Initiatives Partner with Technology and the lines of business, to deep-dive and identify potential opportunities and drive towards executable solutions, improving controls and delivering cost saves.Qualifications & Skills required MBA or an advanced degree (or equivalent experience) 15 years Reference Data / KYC / Operations experience with a top-tier Bank / BPO, including 3 years senior managerial experience motivating and leading large teams(200 staff)Strategic thinking and good business judgmentStrong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with business partners and other support functions.Connect to communicate and work in a cross-functional team to achieve common goals.Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver on commitmentsMust be a great team player with a high degree of flexibility, prepared to work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environmentE xcellent presentation skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, should be comfortable dealing with senior managementStructured and Disciplined in approach, with strong execution focus and strong organization skillsProactive control and risk management, addressing gaps in processes and escalating issues to benefit the business and clients in a dynamic environmentAbility to successfully influence many different groups and individuals to deliver high quality and timely deliverablesConsultative in approach, understanding and anticipating business partner needs and proactively delivering solutions Ability to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint tools Experience working with senior leaders straddling across Technology, Operations and Strategy a plus
