Position SummaryThe Executive Global Mobility-HR will provide support, direction and oversight for International Expatriate Assignments and Out bound assignment across the organizationProvide support and counsel to management and staff on global mobility issues. Administer In-bound & Out-bound international assignments life-cycle activities, including but not limited to mobility briefing/orientation, following global mobility guidelines, prepares assignment letters, guide Manager & Assignees, Co-ordinate/ liaise with Admin, Taxation, Finance, external vendors and Jacobs Global OfficesPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages global mobility activities for expatriates, domestic and international transfers. Acts as subject matter expert for relocation related activities. Advises Employees, Business Units, and External Vendors on relocation process, exceptions, and policyDevelop and maintain different components of expatriate's compensation packages such as foreign rotation premiums, cost of living adjustments, per diems, and housing allowancesResponsible for the development and maintenance of the company's expatriate assignments, relocation and immigration policies and procedures. Stays abreast of current trends in global mobility for the purpose of keeping these policies up to date and competitiveReview and prepare Assignment letters for all expatriate assignmentsAssure internal customers receive periodic reports on relocation cases, Assignment status, Mobility report and raise timely alertOversee and maintain the Company's relationship with Global Assistance & Response Team. Provide hands-on support for any critical employee casesPerforms other duties as requestedMinimum Requirements for this positionAbility to provide superior customer service to external and internal clientsStrong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and presentation abilitiesWorking knowledge of the tax, legal, immigration and policy compliance issues with regard to international mobility/ Expat administrationAbility to make decisions on relocation and immigration related situations. Must exercise sound judgment when reviewing requests for exceptions to Mobility /Relocation policy. Must use tact when interacting with employees, managers, assignees and Human Resources colleagues to understand and resolve potentially sensitive issuesAbility to gather and analyze/synthe assignment compensation related data, confirming its accuracy and adequacyDemonstrated effective leadership and influencing skills and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced levelAbility and willingness to make telephone calls that accommodate different international time zonesOccasional business travel will be requiredBachelor's/ Masters degree or related degree required8+ years demonstrated HR-Mobility experience at the executive or managerial level, specifically working in an international environment. Experience in the Design Engineering, Consultancy, EPC industry preferred
