JOB PURPOSEThe Inside Sales Executive primary role is to directly contribute to the revenue growth of the company through increased sales and business development activities under the leadership of Director of Sales and Business Development. A person in this role must be comfortable in making dozens of calls per day, generating interest in our services, and qualifying prospects for sales. A talented and competitive individual, that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will have an important role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Establishing relationships with key brands and advertising agencies. Generating new leads, strategically developing digital media solutions to suit client objectives. Generating sales and reaching company sales target. Working with management to develop effective sales strategies for revenue growth. Staying ahead of the curve on the market place trends. Understanding of digital market/sales with good agency/client and publisher contacts. Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling. Taking a lead clients market and advertising strategies. Establishing budgets with the client and company. Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements. Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients. Disclosing campaign details to the client and all team members. Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly. Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated. Ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget. Administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects. 3) KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES, VALUESMust be aware of full cycle process of client acquisition that includes market research, lead generation, e-mail campaign, cold calling, fixing up meetings, closing deals, follow up on agreements etc.Knowledgeable of the client propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities. A proactive self-starter, who can operate both individually and as part of a team and values the importance of the success of their overall group.Capacity for strategic thought and the ability to solve unstructured business problems with ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and problem solving ability.An ability to manage multiple deals at once with an eye towards cost, business opportunity and strategic value and must have ability to do priority setting and time management.Full awareness of creative processes and techniques-mainly digital platforms.Should be dynamic, a go-getter with ability to create business opportunities firm the market.A personable and professional character that will allow him/her t0 build client rapport. 4) QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Any Graduate / MBA/BBA, preferably in Marketing.Proven inside sales experience, with Track record of over-achieving targets.Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving strong sales pipeline and sales. growth within the account base, including proven success at cold calling into accounts.Key Skills Lead Generation, Market Research, Telesales, Cold Calling, Business Development, Database building for Contacts and Email IDs, Online Data Mining.
