Product Performance ManagementTo monitor the Hero Regular Models (Existing + Future) performance in MarketScope/ Impact (Areas where the job will have direct impact) SCOPE(Expanse of work/job influence)- Enhancing Customers product experience by improving product quality level Maximizing Product life & performance delivery IMPACT (Based on applicability & relevance)FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE(In terms of revenue figures ,cost accounts ,budget ) - Contribution in saving & reducing warranty claims / costCUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE/ INTERFACE(Concerned with the overall satisfaction of customer & their satisfaction measures) - Overall customer satisfaction on Product QualityOPERATIONS PERSPECTIVE(Concerned with operational systems of the organisation) Contribution in Product Quality level improvement basis market feedback with Minimum Lead timeBroad Role & Responsibility (State the role this job plays in the organisation) Role- Would be overall owner of Regular Models Product performance Management Regular ModelsExisting (HF Dawn , HF Deluxe, Splendor +, Splendor Pro, Passion Pro, Splendor NXG, Glamour / FI, Super Splendor, Xtreme, Hunk, Achiever, Karizma,Karizma ZMR)Responsibility /Accountabilities KRAs/ KPIs (Qualitative and Quantitative Measures)Regular Model ManagementJoint Pre delivery inspection for New Models & closure of all identified issuesTechnical Reports Management Includes capturing each & every technical report from fieldEstablishing the problem joint field visitsDefective sample management Countermeasure action preparation (TIBs / SOPs)MIS and ReportsClosure of Technical ReportsCapturing Customer Voice, verify the quality levels of Regular models in market, collecting product performance feedback & logical closure of issues as identified during Mega Service CampsProduct Performance Review Meetings with PlantMarket Surveys/ Studies (Customer/ Competition)Competency (Professional Knowledge and skill required to perform this job) Functional Knowledge & Skills- Fundamental Automobile technical knowledge- Automobile troubleshooting & Root cause analysis skills- MS Office & Basic IT / Softwares knowledge- Analytical, Presentation skills, Comfortable with Travelling , Report, MIS Behavioural Knowledge & Skills- Good communication skill for capturing customer voice during field visits/ Market SurveysTeam Work, Time management , Self starter, Result Oriented Education (Minimum requirement of job-Qualification)Essential B.E. (Mechanical Engg/ Automobile Engg)Experience (Minimum professional exp. Required to perform the job) - For B.E., minimum 3 Years experience in Automobile Industry (Technical exposure) / consumable durables
