He will be independently managing a geographical area comprising of Dealers and Industrial customers reporting to the Zonal Manager.He is expected to generate orders, undertake collection of dues, undertake salespromotion work in addition to identifying new dealers and industrial customers/ clients in his area of operation.Candidates with prior experience in Paint, Adhesive, binders, Sealents and Construction chemical Industry would be preferred. Knowledge of English and the local language and possession of a two wheeler is essential. Selected candidates will be trained at our factory / Sales Offices.SKILLS1. Young, Energetic professional with an aptitude for selling.2. Should have good industry knowledge & experience insales / marketing, Indenting and collections.3. Should be aggressive, goal-oriented team player with high degree of business acumen and commercial judgment.4. Should have leadership traits with excellent communication & negotiation skills.5. Should be able to talk directly to the clients/purchase heads, build relationship, generate inquires and convert it to orders and follow it till collections.6.Should be able to work independently.7. The job requires frequent travel within the State, building up relationship with clients, so as to get regular orders and its payments.8. Candidate should be capable of formulating and implementing salesstrategies with respect to each region/client/product in consultation with the management.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
