Job Details

For the CEO of a holding company managing a portfolio of diversified businesses, we are looking for a professional Executive Secretary to CEO, location Dubai

Main tasks:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
Receive calls, guests/visitors with courtesy, answer questions and meeting requests directed to the CEO
Schedule appointments, manage and maintain schedules
Manage & coordinate travel
Prepare, screen and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
Prepare, compile and maintain records, statistical information and reports
Maintain systematic records of office mail maintaining confidentiality and ease of retrieval
Review, proofread and edit documents for CEO approval/ signature
Schedule meetings, prepare the agenda, draft and circulate minutes of the meeting and follow up on action points with stakeholders
Organize & manage events (business dinners, functions etc.) on CEOs behalf
Coordinate CEO office management activities and general office duties
Liaise with authorities (eg: IAFC, DIFC, other Free Zones) as & when required
