Strategy, Planning & execution timePresent the strategy and plan to clients and convince the client of the recommendations given by the agency w.r.t how its best suited to position the brand and meet the marketing and business targetsnsure that client briefs are shared with the entire team and they are in sync with client expectations, challenges, sensitivities and timelinesWork closely with the account management, creative, content, advocacy and analytics team to finalize ideas, content and formulas that can deliver best results for campaignsWork closely with the analytics team to ensure that the team has full knowledge and understanding of clients expectations on reporting and timelinesResponsible for driving processes and templates that are provided to the entire team across all function areasEnsure that all plans are executed without any gaps whatsoever and on time to drive the results as expectedForecast challenges and proactively recommend solutions/alternatives to ensure that deliverables are on targetProactively analyse tools to monitor and map conversations/campaigns and suggest new additions and changes as necessary internally/externallyVendor management working with vendors to understand the future technology/events, obtain ideas, re-negotiate tenders and bring down the cost to the companyDomain Knowledge Showcase in-depth knowledge about the sector (digital marketing, social media, overall marketing) and the clients businessPresentation Skills Lead working on presentations and presenting the same to clients with minor intervention from the leadership team, reflect confidence, knowledge and good public speaking skillsGain client confidence and trust as the lead from the agency and procure more budgets/contracts from existing clients with your excellent presentation skillsShowcase creativity and innovating in building presentations and crafting the key takeoutBuild smart custom presentations that can be templetized over timePitches Work on business pitches and new business development initiativesWork in tandem with the creative production team to produce innovative ideas and presentations that can appeal to potential clients and convert the businessDevelop top class business pitch proposals in conjunction with the team and own completion of important proposals along with the teamIdeas and New InnovationCome up with proactive new ideas and new techniques that can create client WOW or can be utilized for a new pitch presentationContinuously come up with innovative creative designs, ideas and ensure that you share the same with the account management and creative teamsResearch and AnalysisResponsible for daily listening and reporting to clients about buzz around their brand and competitionAnalyze campaigns and their effectiveness across channelsResponsible for generating reports as per prescribed and agreed upon formats on a daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basisKeep proactive vigilance on buzz happening on client, competition or any other and ensure that the client is updated on a real time basis and so is the team Update influencer lists as necessary for current and potential projectsQuality of Reports Responsible for generating high quality professional reportsEnsure that all statistics and interpretation shared in the report is up to the markEnsure that language and interpretation used in reports are grammatically correct and are devoid of typos/language errorsResponsible for adding value in reporting insights and share them in a manner that the client is able to utilize the insight to take actions from marketing or sales perspective
