Able to manage in / out bounding call (Toll free no, SMS, email, or website), also capable to manage web portal.Follow ups with PAN India appointed Electricians / Technicians and workshops / garages & maintain data base.Generate FQR & follow up accordingly.Shorting out customer queries over phone / email, managing customer data & generating of SRN / tickets.City & Phase wise follow ups with selected & appointed Authorized Service Centres and generate report (Daily / weekly / monthly) Coordination & managing warranty process as per company policy i.e. warranty management.In / out bounding call, FQR, Campaign & market feedback, ASCs reports.Follow ups for smoothly implementation of SOPs.Analysis of Electricians / Technicians strength & arrange product training program .Able to manage & organize Product & Technical training for Sales Team (regional level) as well Electricians / technicians (at plant) and follow ups toward business proposition.Generate Market analysis toward equipments used in Workshops / Garages / Authorized Service stations.Leadership with assign jobs, selection & Training of internal & external staff on the basis of a culture of trust, checking effectiveness, in order to increase their product wise knowledge.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
