Order and expedite purchased materials.3. Management of optimum inventory as per the budgeted norms.3 Ensuring availability of minimum stock of critical components.4 Planning and procurement of material as per the sales plan.5 Spare part management to ensure availability of spares parts at all times forcustomer satisfaction.6. Track and follow up with principals for timely delivery of material.7. Ensure timely delivery of machines and spares to customers as per the agreed terms of the P.O.8. Maintain delivery schedules on all items ordered.9. Maintain purchase files on all orders.10 Maintain documents related to incoming inspection anddispatch.11 Develop local suppliers for certain items as per the company needs.12 Maintain purchase records on all items bought.13 Maintain vigorous follow-up on all procurement items.14. Co-ordinate with ERP vendor for resolution of upgradation of ERP.15. Co-ordinate with external IT administrator for resolving IT related issues.16 Develop efficient and cost effective channels of delivery.17 Co-ordinate with forwarding agents for timely delivery.18. Responsible for proper storing and labellingof machines and spares in the store room.19. Providing monthly MIS to M.D. on Net sales, Pending Orders, inventory, stock position etc.for decision making.20. Assume additional responsibilities that M.D may assign from time to time
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
