Establish and run the Programme Management Office (PMO) for the global GF TOM programme which is focused on the design and implementation of the Group Finance TOM, with specific responsibilities described belowPlanningManaging the replanning exerciseCoordinating and supporting the projects identification and the creation of the BOWTracking and maintaining the project planGovernanceDrafting and redesign of the Program GovernanceUpdating the project charter, as neededHelping rethink and redesign the workstream governance forums and the related terms of referenceMaintaining the program governance documents and the terms of referenceStatus ReportsCreating and collating program status reports for the Steering committeeReporting the program status in CS internal reporting forums, such as OnePPMCreating and collating workstream (e.g. Controls and Reporting) and sub-workstream (FMAR and FO&AM) status reportsChairing status update callsPreparation meeting materials and project communications for C&R working group, FO&AM status update meeting, FMAR Process Owners biweeklyProgress tracking and Benefits realizationTracking and maintaining the project statusTracking benefits realization from ongoing projects, working closely with the internal CS functions to validate the headcount saves and reporting the updatesRAID ManagementDocumenting and tracking RAID itemsMaintaining the actions and decisionsBudget ManagementMaintain the program budget, including tracking against actuals, forecasting the budgetary requirements, and reporting on the program financialsTracking and maintaining the spend of core and professional services and maintain a repository of all SOWs and invoicesSupporting with special projects and assisting with preparations for project eventYou Offer... Project management and/or PMO skills are a pre-requisiteStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and problem solving skillsGood listening skillsConfident & professional communication style - oral and writtenAbility & cultural sensitivity to engage with and get the best outcomes from othersExperience working with remote teams across different culturesExcellent in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power point and WordAbility to process and organize a large amount of information and represent that in presentation to senior managementCreative dashboard and reporting skills6-8 years of experience in Change/Project management or running a PMO in a global organizationFinance transformation, large scale/global systems implementation experienceInvestment Banking Experience is an advantageMBA / CA / Engineering degree with relevant experience
