Job Details

Responsible for Food and Beverage Sales by driving covers and revenues. Going on Food and Beverage sales calls, generating bookings and promoting restaurant, and lounges Food and beverages tie ups with corporate to increase footfalls in the outlets. To be a relationship manager for all Corporate, VIP guests and repeat guests. Maintaining guest comment card, history, and feedback and using the information to flow down to ensure a great experience for our diners every time. Maintaining and increasing customer loyalty by engaging them for special events/days Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Conducting special dinners/chef tables for top 100 high spending customers on a quarterly basis. Work along with the Restaurant managers generating new ideas and promotions to drive revenue. Ensure presence during the evenings and meeting with customers generating feedback and capturing expectations. Capture new market trends and offerings in the city and to be updated about the competition. Use Respak as effective tool to generate reports and customer data for individual outlets. Creating a buzz in the market and ensuring footfalls for all special Restaurant promotions and events.
