DescriptionTo assist the Director ofSales in the implementation of all Policies & Procedures specific to Catering and Events.Responsible for the efficient running and operations ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectationsResponsible to achieve the event sales budgeted targets and develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and at the same time enhance guest experienceTo represent and demonstrate Hyatt Place values and be a brand ambassador for the organizationQualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 4-5 years work experiencein a similar field preferably with hospitality industry.Good operational, administrative, analytical and interpersonal skills are a must.
