Look for Hyderabad based canndidatesHe should be from Cleaning or Housekeeping department from Pharma Industry or who have served the Pharma IndustryShould be working on various guidlines set by Pharma Industry and also have hands on experience and knowledge about the regulatory bodies - WHO, MHRA, FDA (Food & Drug Association)He will be handing a team of 200 people in the firm. Team handling experience will be a plusNon Engineering Backgrund candidates preferredJob DescriptionPosition Purpose Shall implement Service Management systems in co-ordination with our implementation of team that shall be a unique program of services designed as per the requirements of client to provide an exceptional IFM services in terms of quality, dedication and an unparalleled commitment to excellence.Shall be responsible for Service Delivery, Quality Control- adopting Quantitative Tools, Performance Measurement, Client Relationship, MIS Generation, Procurement Processes and Financial & Budgetary Controls of Facility Management Services. Shall act as a Single-Point of Contact for CLIENT/ADMINS on all matters pertaining to all offices (Corporate office, GG India, LA, MHJ, LST, CS, Delhi & Mumbai offices) IFM Services awarded by client to Sodexo.Key Result Areas Operational Excellence (SLA & SOP?s, Polices and Procedures)To assist in the development and delivery of effective strategies, policies and good practice to shape and drive achievement of Merlin Works business objectives in order for the Facilities Management Team to maximise operative productivity and deliver against set financial targetsTo be accountable for excellent service delivery in your teams activities and the achievement of its aims and operational objectives ensuring continuous improvements are madeSubmit MIS as scheduled every monthReview the daily reports, analyze the daily consumption pattern for HK, Pantry, Engineering consumables, utilities, issues, take up corrective and preventive steps by delegating the same to the teamCoordinating building operation & maintenance and repairs that affect normal building operation with the help of internal team or external vendors as applicableMaintain statutory compliance reports in updated condition.Conducts performance reviews of team members and gives them periodic feedbackEnsure team morale by fair rewards and recognition programs.For vacant positions conducts interviews to close positions with quality resources.For all purchases such as materials or equipment?s or services prepare a proper business case to ensure effectiveness of expenditure as per Budget.During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to the Chief Fire Marshall or Client SPOC.Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, policies and procedures.Preparation of 52 week PM schedule, monitor, ensure 100% adherence.In consultation with the Client take up quarterly initiatives.Establish and maintain cordial relationship with the Client and team.ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIESGood experience of working within a customer facing environment is a requirement for this position along with exceptional people management and administration skills. Specific competencies within this general requirement include the followingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and influencing skillsMinimum 5 years? experience at Management levelMinimum 2 years? experience of facilities management within office environmentRelevant knowledge in SHEExcellent IT literacy skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointMust be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude.
