Job Description1. Supervise the operational activities of the entity efficiently and effectively.2. Supervise all outsourced contractors to ensure office facilities /security system /office / infrastructure and catering services are in good order.3. Supervise the tracking and recording of company asset, inventory management.4. Supervise the Access Control Systems recertify at regular intervals.5. Managing assignment of IT applications and drives assignment.6. Implement projects as instructed with minimum supervision.7. Coordinate with the Business Continuity Management team to identify Business Contingency Management requirements.8. Managing staff engagement events & central events.9. Space management.10. Overseeing the employee transport management.11. Premises management.12. Managing the on & Off boarding of staff.Desired Candidate Profile1. Full Time Graduate is Must with Min 7-8 yrs' exp in Facility Management, Procurement,etc.2. Knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Power point, Excel, )3. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments.4. Positive team player.5. Think and work proactively in providing solutions.6. Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.7. Good analytical skills8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiating skills9. Good communication, presentation & email skills10. High level of organizational and administration skills.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
