Our client is now recruiting for a Field Sales Manager . This position will be based in Qatar Responsibilities Control all activities of the sale team in terms of prospecting, negotiating with key account customers and achieving daily, monthly and yearly targets in the respective areas.Establish monthly sales objectives for the sales team and submit them to management.Monitor performance of the sales team against key measurements.Negotiate and follow up on the implementation of annual and secondary agreements with key account customerMaintain contact with all key account clients to ensure high levels of client satisfactionImplement sales and marketing activities.Develop journey plans for the sales team and monitor implementationMonitor each salesperson's daily performance and compare results with the month's objective.Provide regular feedback to management regarding market performance and identify opportunities for growth.


Requirements University Degree Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG Excellent relation with the management and staff of key account customers.Able to manage staff effectively, openly and positivelyStrong communication skills in English (written and spoken ) Arabic is an advantageExcellent organizational and motivational skillsSelf-motivated, reliable and confidentCompetent in analyzing market situation and identifying customer needs and opportunities for growth. Extensive knowledge in implementing on the ground marketing activities.Ability to lead a team and to deal effectively with pressure Good knowledge of MS Office products
