Perform FS360 product demonstration geared towards the prospect's high-level business needs.Creation and Maintenance of high-level customer requirements. If risks are identified, the Sales Engineer will recommend possible modifications which will ensure success.Self-managing a schedule of calls with prospective Field Service clients to validate their interest in BiznusSoft products and possible problem areas.Assisting existing clients with integration planning involving technical adjustments as needed.Responsible for reviewing proposals to ensure all solution elements, software, services, and managed services are properly validated against the Project Scope of Work.Participate & organize technical calls related to complex open opportunities, or to the successful transition of closed opportunities.Respond to FS360 functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.Convey FS360 customer requirements to Development / Product Manager.Act as the Sales Team's liaison to the Deployment Team. Attend meetings and participate in training as necessary to keep up with the state of the Deployment Team and their processes.Provide first-tier support for the Sales Reps' demo environmentsFor small problems, this position is responsible for working with the team member to find a resolution.For larger problems, this position is responsible for escalating to BiznusSoft Help Desk to ensure the problem is resolved in a timely manner.Ensure that all FS360 product-related inquiries from Sales reps receive a timely answer and are properly documented within the knowledgebase system.When needed, assist with the documentation of FS360 sales-specific processes.Experience working as a sales engineer, technical sales, or technology evangelist in a SaaS based company.Strong understanding of Hosted and On Premises technologies.Strong understanding of architecture, design, and implementation of technical solutions.Excellent problem solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving problems, issues, risks or concerns before they become criticalDesire to coach and mentor individuals in technology.Proven ability to gain cooperation of others, proven leadership skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally as well as customers to provide quick and timely responses.Self-motivated and able to define, plan, and implement tasks in a team environment.Exceptional organizational skills with key ability to follow through and complete commitments and requirements.Fast learning and adaptable - able to work in fast paced environmentFlexibility to travel to client sites.3+ years of and Field Service experience.Excellent client service attitude and team focus.Clear sense of integrity with interest in building strong customer relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non technical customers.BS in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.2-3 years of Sales Engineering or Technical Sales experience.
