Finance Core Documentation & Training for FRA Operations _ GPO you will work together with FRA Operations business partners to ensure that all aspects of the Novartis Finance Core process are properly documented in SOPs, Business Concept Papers, Training Material, Work Instructions and Job Aids. Within this responsibility, you will act as lead partner to the Finance Core Process teams, the FSCs and other FRA Operations business partners to constantly improve the Novartis Finance Core process and relevant core information. You will ensure that good process knowledge and technical expertise is built up in FRA Operations which you are expected to achieve through regular trainings and detailed documentation.Leadership and Management Work with Global Process Owner teams and other FRA Operations partners to ensure the documentation of Finance Core process documentation; SOPs, KPIs, Controls, Training, Work Instructions. Liaise with GRC and Program teams, ensuring development and deployment of User Access Rights aligned to Finance Core roles and in country FSC job descriptions Manage communication to the FRA Operations associates, support Process Super User communities Implementation and Operations Operational Excellence Lead process to ensure consistency of Training material for Core Release updates and partner with Global Process Owners to maintain effective delivery of training material to Super User and End User community Support the Finance Core Performance Head and the rest of the Finance Core Performance team to identify opportunities for process improvement Maintenance of Finance Core Intranet Support in Finance Core Analytics Reporting Governance, Process Documentation and Training Support Global Process Owner teams to maintain User Access rights associated with Finance Core roles Execute Finance Core process documentation releases encompassing ERP & Enterprise Asset core release updates Roll out and monitor Finance Core training and facilitate progress reporting Rollout of IRIS Training Coordinate Structured Training program Compliance Support Finance Core to ensure adequate controls are in compliance with the requirements of NFCM and SOX 404, achieving external and internal audits endorsements. Identify opportunities to improve compliance and increase productivities via automation of manual controls, People Management Inclusive, proactive, respectful, change agile, innovation/creativity and results driven with a strong customer service focus allied to excellent business partnership building skills She/he will be a team player, driving a process standardization mindset in the organization and coordinating training to establish a Finance Core WTS Implementation supportMinimum requirementsUniversity Degree Excellent English both spoken and written Any other European language will be a plus Overall relevant work experience (operational or project) of 5 years. Strong technical competence acquired in o Business Process documentation o Nimbus Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of VBA will be an advantage. SAP or other ERP experience Good Project / Change Mgmt. Experience Ability to communicate effectively across organizations International exposure
