Job DescriptionPrepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports, financial statements, etc. and conformance to reporting and procedural standardsReview the GL Accounts to ensure proper accounting of Income/ExpensesKnowledge of taxation policies and regulations of IndiaKnowledge of transfer pricing and other related party transactionPrior experience in working with /designing MIS systems for Accounting and data captureAnalysis and advisories to management teamAbility to train and guide team of accountantsLead and motivate the Finance teamKnowledge of Internal Audit processProject and investment calculations, loan processing, project financingInteract and liaise with Internal and External AuditorsInteract and liaise with authorities (income tax/sales tax/service tax etc.)Excellent knowledge of all statutory regulationsKnowledge of supervising Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable functionsAct as a trusted advisor to the Executive TeamDesired Candidate ProfileComplete Financial OwnershipExperience working as a Finance Manager preferred in Manufacturing or Construction organizational sectorsStrong understanding of manufacturing, construction and commercial finance, costing and forecasting and analysisHigh level of experience and competence in financial accounting, cash management, corporate finance, systems implementationsEnsure that all financial reporting obligations are met as per the statutory regulationsEngage with the board of directors to develop short term and long term plans, projections and budgetsAssess and evaluate financial performance of the organization with regard to long term operational goals, budgets and forecastsCreate and establish monthly, quarterly and annual financial objectives that align with the companys plan for growth and expansionOversee preparation of month end and quarterly financial statements and external auditsDevelop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budgetPrepare and present monthly financial budgeting, P&L, forecast vs. budget and cash flow reportsReview and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendationsEnsure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial proceduresImplement policies, procedures, processes and systems to provide a wide range of financial and operational informationEnhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systemsMake regular reports to the governing bodies on income, expenditure and variations from the budgetAbility to develop & maintain MIS / Procedures.Ability to work on own initiative, priorities work, handle pressure and take day to day decisions on the running of the organizationMust have very good hands on experience on TALLYOther SkillsGood Communication and presentationHighly adaptable and a fast learnerExcellent interpersonal/customer relation skills; excellent verbal and written communicationsExcellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysisSelf-driven, committed and good analytical skillStrong business acumenStrong multi-tasking and prioritization skillsProficiency in Accounting Packages and / or ERP Solutions is a definite Plus
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant) | MBA/ PGDM
