Job DescriptionThe Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services of Innoplexus India operations.Preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, book keeping, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.Key Responsibility1. Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the Organizations finances are maintained in an accurate and timely mannerAssist with preparation of the budgetImplement financial policies and proceduresEstablish and maintain cash controlsEstablish, maintain and reconcile the general ledgerMonitor cash reserves and investmentsPrepare and reconcile bank statementsEstablish and maintain supplier accountProcesses supplier invoices/ Maintain the purchase order systemEnsure data is entered into the systemIssue cheques for all accounts dueEnsure security for all credit cards and verify chargesEnsure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerizedaccounting systemPrepare income statements/Prepare balance sheets/ Prepare monthly financial statementsPrepare quarterly reports and report on variancesAssist with the annual auditMaintain the computerized accounting systemMaintain financial files and records2. Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moniesIssue, code and authorize purchase ordersReconcile the accounts payablePrepare journal summariesReconcile the accounts receivable3. Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowancesDocument new employeesEstablish employee files in the computerized accounting systemAdminister benefit entitlementsVerify and report on benefits paymentsMaintain the leave management systemVerify annual leave recordsCalculate and action deductionsSubmit remittancesPrepare separation documents for terminated employeesMaintain confidential employee files4. Administer the Monthly payroll in order to ensure that employees are paid in an accurate and timely mannerSet up employee filesVerify and code timesheets and hours workedCalculate employee salaries, deductions and contributionsEnter payroll information into the computerized accounting systemCalculate source and miscellaneous deductions/ Process pay chequesUpdate leave and lieu time/ Issue Records of EmploymentPrepare, review and file payroll summaries, journals and reports5. Provide efficient and effective office managementOrder office suppliesManage the filing, storage and security of documentsRespond to inquiriesManage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment via facilities mangerMaintain insurance coveragesApplies and Issues permits and licensesMaintain booking registersEnsure all Statutory requirements
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: B.Com. (Commerce)
