Work on diverse finance & coordination functions and assisting theCEO in Financial Planning & Analysis and ReportingAssisting theCEO in tracking the key business parameters of the business.Preparation and review of Profitability Reports and Variance analysis with estimates and projections.Assist theCEO in generating and analyzing BusinessMIS & FinancialMIS, Co-coordinating with various departments.Scanning & Analysis of Industry Peers/New businessProject progress & budget monitoring.Manage and ensure execution of specific assignments / projects initiated by the CEO.Interaction and relationship building with Industry Consultants to ensure quick information availability.Ensuring that strategic initiatives are driven across the organization and key projects are tracked and monitored.Preparation & analytical study of various financial reports viz. projected profitability statement, periodic financial report.Developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates) in developing the firms strategy by performing analysis to deliver relevant and insightful management information, together with assisting in business planning and development.Coordination of Finance meetings for Strategic issues & follow-up on the decided actions.Preparation of presentations & reports for the CEOfor his presentations to investors.Interactions with external agencies, consultants on behalf of the CEO.Desired Candidate ProfileMBAFinance with 5 to 9 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS, business analysis of projects / products / financial services of which at least 2 years as an Executive Assistant to a MD /CEO / Functional Head.Operational Efficiencies Productivity & Time Utilization Analytical SkillsArticulate communicator Team building and Staff Leadership Problem Solving SkillsRelationship Building Strategic Vision and Project Planning Presentation SkillsManagement Collaboration Attention to detail Budget & Cost controlExecutive with natural flair for interacting with people and high caliber professionalism in building relations.Able to handle responsibilities with poise, ease and confidence.Excellent communication and presentation skills ensure that relevant stakeholders are kept apprised of project progress and challenges, while ensuring that the level of detail is appropriate for each audience.Equally capable of handling large, complex projects, as well as multitasking across a number of smaller ones, adapting management style to fit the situation.Fluent in MS Office
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
