Manage all User administration including license / permission controls such systemsConduct compliance auditing / investigations as directed by Group Finance managementEstablish an automated process to track, manage and resolve system enhancement and process fixing requirements. A leader who has previously established and operated a help desk would be highly qualified for this roleProvide ad hoc reporting requirements for the business as requiredExperienced in Implementing the system enhancement and integration projects in working with outside vendors (NETSUITE, BOX, Concur etc.) to help automate Zscalers finance processes. A candidate with knowledge of RESTful APIs and a programming language like Java, Python or Perl, to write automation/scripts around 3rd party APIs would be best suited for this profile.Own and keep up to date all education material related to NETSUITE, BOX and such other systems to enable effective How to knowledge of the Zscalers financial systemsKey responsibilitiesWork with key mangers in all regions to champion the effective use of the Zscaler s technology assets.Liaise with Netsuite, Box and such other systems to control systems improvement developments.Produce KPI / trend / ad hoc reporting requirements using appropriate software toolsDevelop automated scripts to automate the key processes using 3rd party APIs.The jobholder should be able to work with minimal supervision - build working relationships with a common agenda of continuous improvement - build trust and confidence that the systems are truly supporting the businessTeamwork, liaison and coordination with other teams across all regions are critical elements of this role in ensuring efficient financial and operational control, demonstrating respect for others, having a positive attitude towards work and taking the initiative in providing value-creating support and solutionsThe success of this role enables the Company to realize the value of the systems investment and improve efficiency and financial control across the whole groupZscaler is a global organization and this role closely interacts with partners located in the United States. Candidate must have experience in working across different time zonesDesired Qualification Requirements Fundamental account, Operational and systems security practicesHands on with scripting and automating workflows using a language like Java, Perl or Python.Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON and XML.Good understanding of Linux environment and HTTP would be an added advantage.Minimum experience of 3+ years in a similar role with progressive experience in industry standard ERP systems like Oracle, SAP or NetsuiteDemonstrated background in financial operations either thorough advanced professional degree or hands on working experience Policies and Procedures Used in the roleAll operating procedures, financial control policies, payroll policies, asset management policies, IT systems policies and procedures (including data management and systems access / permissions).Risk Assessments applicable to the roleManagerial role with key project management skills
