-Liaise and closely co-operate with other functions within India-Help manage First Choice s/NPA communications program within India , including regular status reports, presentations and First Choice/NPA specific communications on results achieved.-Co-ordinate trainings with the FC PMO and mobilize teams-Facilitate development of robust, pragmatic project milestone plans for all FC initiatives-Review work products and deliverables-Support facilitated sessions and meetings.-Help manage First Choice s reward and recognition program within IndiaKey activities1)Customer-Internal- Develop, implement and manage India deployment of First Choice/NPA Assist in managing and tracking of India FC/NPA initiativesParticipate in and contribute to First Choice initiatives, and other projects as required. Provide periodic progress reports on project status, and respective outcome/progress (visibility). Act as the First Choice/NPA ambassador. Perform ad hoc analysis.2)Process-Ensure implementation of First Choice/NPA, DHL and quality standards, and adapt overall policies and procedures where necessary. Promote a culture of change and continuous improvement to achieve long-term success.Ensure that customer touch points and business processes to improve customer satisfaction, productivity are renewed regularly and add value to DHL s service offerings.Propose, design, direct, manage and control First Choice initiatives, -Develop project briefs, lead projects, review and monitor project deliverables and timelines, in accordance with-Set up regional / global knowledge creation, sharing and collaboration process and perform research.-Prepare regular status reports, presentations and project specific communications-Management reporting of project budget -Manage and support workshops3)People Management- Determine organization structure, roles and responsibility and performance targets for the India First Choice/NPA program, and other projects Promote a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness Responsible for complying with motiv8 process.Skills/Qualifications- Strategic, analytical, and conceptual development skillsExcellent organization, written & oral communication, facilitation & team coordination/leadership skills People management, cultural sensitivity, demonstrated leadership, communication and influencing skills.Able to handle ambiguity, Think on your feet, and capable of working independently with sometimes limited direction Ability to work under pressure and with significant autonomyStrong interpersonal skills / executive presence and maturity dealing with senior executives and staff Experience in / knowledge of Lean Six SigmaResourceful Initiative to navigate their way and with the drive to get things done Sense of urgency and willing to roll up the sleeves do it!CompetenceCompetency segment Business Customer Orientation Is focused on identifying and understanding each customers needs.
