Ownership of defined elements of the Contract Management Plan activities according to the CP standard including performance measurement, contract financial planning and spend monitoring, compliance monitoring. - Administration of contracting tools (Service Level Agreements, Local Contracts, Scorecards & TCBs).- Support the quarterly contract performance reviews with Service Providers taking onto account site performance reviews. - Ensure contract-related records and documents are maintained in line with Group standards.- Each Analyst will support work within FM teams and with vendors finance teams on MI quality & trends to generate insights for FM Business Managers. - Support assurance & compliance through managing Sharepoint effectively and performing contract dip-checks. RequirementsGeneral- Strength in safety behavior and can demonstrate a track record of Goal Zero no harm no leaks.- University/bachelor s degree in related disciplines- At least 5 years work experience in complex corporate environments in CP data & information related role. - Comfortable working with, and leading through uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and incomplete information.- Experience in working within a multicultural and multi-country environment is essential. - Can demonstrate external focus, simplicity and speed of delivery. People Skills - A seasoned professional with broad data & information skills.- A clear proven track record in delivery, self-starting with the ability and courage to initiate. - Good interpersonal and communication skills.- High energy level individual, with the determination of seeing thing through and succeeding. - Passionate about CP data & information.- Excellent people, oral/ written skills. - Strong appreciation for cultural diversity, with excellent reputation in dealing with, working, and inspiring staff of multiple nationalities and related cultural backgrounds, underpinned by an ability to get things done against this backdrop and through good working relationships.- Experience in deployment of leading-edge systems and data & information improvement methodologies & techniques - External outlook ability to spot relevant external trends and translate these into opportunities and responses. - Ability to strengthen the RE position as an excellent partner supporting the business.- Hold people to account for delivery of commitments by setting smart and joint targets and encouraging right behaviors. - Create plans for the data & information area which are credible, competitive and affordable (i.e. KPI's as part of OE Dashboard)
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
