Good at relationship building.- Should be a team player since this will require working with and co-ordinating with multiple teams internally & externally.- Need to explore, identify and get new clients on board & manage the existing business.- Have to build good networking in the market.- Good communication skills are required & should be presentable.- Ability to strategise & achieve the given targets.- Must be able to travel to nearby cities/towns to gather new business- Managing operational requirements, monitoring reports etc. - Must have his/her own vehicle to commute to nearby places.Desired Profile- Should be a self-motivated person.- Should have the ability to work with the team. - Should contribute towards the welfare & betterment of the team & self.- Excellent analytical capabilities. - Good MS office skills.
