Franchise and Channel Partner Development ManagerAbhinav Bharat Partners, specialize in Business expansion services to 5000 towns in the country, and offer franchise and channel partner development services to prestigious Brands. HumanCapital is currently Recruiting 1000 Franchisee and Channel Sales Managers to meet the need of Client Expansion requirements. Responsible for Brand Promotion, Investor/ Entreprenuer Identification, converting them into Partner with client brands as franchisee or channel.Responsible for Sales, Marketing and client Servicing Management in assigned district.Responsible to develop Business to smallest village in assigned DistrictResponsible to Identify and appoint franchisees and channel Partners in every City, Town, Village in the District to open and operate client brands.Responsible to Identify and appointDirect Sales Executives under them at each village in every village on Commission basis.Responsible to Identify and appoint Partners, consultants, in every City, Town, Village in the District.Responsible to facilitate communication and coordination partners and clientsResponsible to generate Leads and convert them into realized salesResponsible to Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries by post, telephone, email, chat and personal visits.Responsible to make sales visits to Potential Partners to present the business opportunitiesResponsible for Event Sales conduct Franchise/ Product Expos /Business Opportunity Shows at various towns in the districtResponsible to Monitor the clients Satisfaction, customer support and service delivery from BranchesResponsible to Monitor the revenues from each client and improve the transaction volume from each clientResponsible to Maintain very good customer relationship managementResponsible to formulate an overall business development strategy in conjunction with senior managers.Responsible to Monitor and report activities to management, on lead records, sales records.Responsible to carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.Responsible to attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform dutiesResponsible to build company as number one in channel marketing segmentResponsible to contribute to strong organizational development and Profitability
